What I Do
For Schools
I partner with schools to bring meaningful, accessible theatre experiences to students in PreK–12.
Services include:
Theatre residencies
In-school workshops
STEAM projects
Full play and musical directing
After-school program support
Students build confidence, creativity, and collaboration skills while learning to express themselves and work as an ensemble.
For Educators
I offer professional development workshops that help teachers bring learning to life through drama-based strategies.
Workshops may include:
Arts integration techniques
Classroom engagement tools
Social-emotional learning through theatre
Practical, ready-to-use activities
Teachers leave with tools they can immediately apply, no theatre background required.
For Organizations
I lead dynamic workshops for teams and professionals focused on communication, collaboration, and presence.
Workshops may include:
Improv-based team building
Communication and listening skills
Leadership and adaptability
Creative problem-solving
These sessions are interactive, energizing, and designed to strengthen how teams work together.
Directing & Creative Projects
I collaborate with schools and organizations to direct plays and musicals, guiding students and performers through the full process from rehearsal to performance.
From first read-through to final performance, I focus on strong storytelling, clear acting choices, and building an ensemble that can bring the work to life on stage.
My Approach
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that everyone benefits from creative expression.
When people feel safe to play, they’re able to connect, communicate, and grow in powerful ways.
Why “Collective”?
The word “collective” reflects my belief that theatre is built together. Whether I’m working with students, educators, or organizations, the goal is always to create a space where people feel connected, confident, and part of something shared.
